The Camí de les Cuirilles is a short and very pleasant itinerary that allows you to discover an old traditional path on the outskirts of Taüll, with good views over the Vall de Boí. It is a peaceful walk, ideal for all ages, that connects landscape, local history and nature in an open and sunny environment. Perfect for families or as a complement to a visit to the town. The route begins in the town of Taüll, from one of the signposted accesses to the traditional paths that leave the town towards the meadows and mountain terraces. Once the last houses are left behind, the path takes the form of a wide and clear path, formerly used to access pasture areas and fields. As you progress, the Camí de les Cuirilles runs between open meadows and dry stone banks, very characteristic elements of the agricultural landscape of the valley. The slope is gentle and constant, which allows you to walk without effort and enjoy the landscape in peace. During the route, the views gradually open up towards the bottom of the valley and the hills surrounding Taüll. It is common to find small points where you can stop to observe the surroundings, especially on clear days, when the light highlights the colours of the meadows and mountains. The path can be done out and back along the same route or integrated into a short loop around the village, depending on your pace and the time available.
