This route leaves directly from the Hotel Siente, in Taüll, and follows the Camí de les Cuirilles, a short and very pleasant itinerary that allows you to discover an old traditional path on the outskirts of the village, with magnificent views over the Vall de Boí. It is a peaceful and accessible walk for all ages, ideal for families or as a complement to a visit to the historic center of Taüll. The route combines nature, landscape and local history in an open and sunny environment. From the hotel, the path enters through the signposted accesses that leave the Pla de l’Ermita towards the meadows and the old mountain terraces. Once the last houses are left behind, the path becomes a well-defined path, with wooden bridges that cross the stream. The route runs between open meadows and dry stone banks, very characteristic elements of the agricultural landscape of the valley. The slope is gentle and constant, which allows you to walk without effort and enjoy the surroundings in peace. Along the route, the views gradually open up towards the valley floor and the mountains surrounding Taüll. There are several ideal points to stop and admire the landscape, especially on clear days, when the light highlights the colours of the meadows and the reliefs of the Boí Valley. The route can be done out and back along the same path or integrated into a short tour around the village, depending on the pace and time available. A simple, authentic and very representative proposal of the surroundings of Taüll.
